Architecture & readiness review. A focused engagement on one system — how work is decomposed for agents, how output is verified, where cost and failure modes hide, and what it takes to run it in production safely.
Team enablement. Getting a team productive with agent-assisted development: reviewing AI-generated diffs at scale, onboarding engineers, and setting the guardrails that keep velocity from turning into risk.
